This program suits the needs for hybrid fashion sports that need a combination of both strength and endurance such as football, basketball, rugby, wrestling or training with the priority to build both muscular strength and cardiovascular fitness.

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • 13-week periodization for hybrid building periodization, muscle hypertrophy and cardiovascular training.

  • payments are made through card or direct account number through the TRUECOACH app

  • weekly client check-in, messaging with Cody and programs sent through the TRUECOACH app

  • client’s check-in days are SUNDAY and MONDAY, please allow 24-48 hours for response

This program suits the needs of endurance sports such as cross-country running, cycling/mountain biking, motocross or training with the priority of more cardiovascular focus with balanced strength training to keep vital muscle strength.

  • 13-week periodization of training volume with balanced weekly majority endurance training and strength training.

ALPHA JR

WHO IS THIS FOR?

This program is for all the active little Alphas out there playing all varieties of sports! Whether your little one plays football, baseball, soccer, hockey or even more extreme sports such as motocross, BMX, and more, this program is great for your child from ages 8-13. *programs to be supervised by parents through TrueCoach*

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • children don’t need a strict scheduled workout-specific regimen, that’s what we’ve developed for a fun children’s training program with a balance of child-specific workouts to keep it fun and fresh with fun cardio-type days with plenty of playtime to make sure your little Alpha is active and healthy.

THIS NUTRITION ADD ON IS BENEFICIAL FOR ANYONE WHO MIGHT BE STRUGGLING WITH CERTAIN ASPECTS OF THEIR DIET, SUCH AS KNOWING HOW MUCH TO TAKE IN AS FAR AS MACRONUTRIENTS LIKE PROTEINS, CARBOHYDRATES OR FATS, OR CERTAIN MICRONUTRIENTS THE BODY MIGHT NEED AS WELL, OR IF YOU MIGHT BE STRUGGLING WITH CONNECTING FOOD TO NEGATIVE EMOTIONS.
