Whether it’s to become the best athletic version of yourself and crush your everyday fitness goals or reach that new level of your sports performance. Through ENDURANCE program training or HYBRID program training, with proper periodization, strength and conditioning, endurance and optional nutrition guidance, I’ll be sure that together we can pull out your true athletic peak because I want you to be the absolute best version of yourself you can be, and I’ll be with you FROM THE BEGINNING TO THE END! -CODY

Alpha Endurance
$120/mo
WHO IS THIS FOR?
This program suits the needs of endurance sports such as cross-country running, cycling/mountain biking, motocross or training with the priority of more cardiovascular focus with balanced strength training to keep vital muscle strength.
WHAT TO EXPECT
13-week periodization of training volume with balanced weekly majority endurance training and strength training.

optional monthly nutrition guidance and dietary consultation (ALPHA NUTRITION)
WEEKS 1-4 (THE BEGINNING) Month 1, focuses on building your base fitness with Low Intensity Steady State (L.I.S.S) training, paired with strength/power building weight training to build your base foundation.
WEEKS 5-8 (THE WORK) Month 2 the training plan continues at the same frequency but the intensity in the gym and length of time for your cardio niche ex. bike/run/swim, increases!
WEEKS 9-13 (THE END) Month 3 will include a 4 WEEK training block push and the final 13th week with your last Taper week before you either continue with the same training regimen with us or start a new training program with us!
ALPHA JR.

WHO IS THIS FOR?
This program is for all the active little Alphas out there playing all varieties of sports! Whether your little one plays football, baseball, soccer, hockey or even more extreme sports such as motocross, bmx and more, this program is great for your child from ages 8-13! **PROGRAMS TO BE SUPERVISED BY PARENTS THROUGH TRUECOACH APP*
WHAT TO EXPECT
Children don’t need a strict scheduled workout specific regimen, that’s what we’ve developed for a fun children’s training program with a balance of child specific workouts to keep it fun and fresh with fun cardio type days with plenty of playtime to make sure your little Alpha is active and healthy!

This program doesn’t have a monthly timeframe for hard weeks and rest weeks like the other programs, little Alphas do not need rest week since they have limitless amounts of energy, which I feel all of us adults wish we had too! But what to expect for your little Alphas program is balanced days of kid’s strength training with fun movements that you can make into games to make it even more fun for them along with playtime cardio days too so they can get those legs and lungs working!
Alpha Hybrid

WHO IS THIS FOR?
This program focuses more on endurance training with training leaning towards building your muscular and cardiovascular fitness in a hybrid fashion for sports like basketball, rugby, wrestling etc. or simply anyone who’s looking to build both muscular strength and cardiovascular fitness!
WHAT TO EXPECT
13-week periodization for hybrid building periodization, muscle hypertrophy and cardiovascular training.

WEEKS 1-4 (THE BEGINNING) Month 1, we start off with base building training much like the Alpha Endurance program with a slightly different weight training program with more specific muscle groups trained to ensure that 50/50 balance of strength and cardiovascular training to build a solid base foundation.
WEEKS 5-8 (THE WORK) Month 2 weight training is switched up again with different muscle groups trained on your weight days while your cardiovascular training will remain the same intensity, but the overall time increases for increased endurance.
WEEKS 9-13 (THE END) Month 3 will include a 4 WEEK training block push and the final 13th week of your last taper week before you either continue with the same training regimen with us or start a new training program with us!
ALPHA NUTRITION

WHO IS THIS FOR?
This nutrition add on is beneficial for anyone who might be struggling with certain aspects of their diet, such as not knowing how much to take in as far as macronutrients like proteins, carbohydrates or fats, or certain micronutrients your body might specifically need as well, or if you might be struggling with connecting food with negative emotions.
WHAT TO EXPECT
this optional ad on feature will include a one-on-one client/trainer breakdown of your relationship with food, how you view food, what foods you struggle with letting go, food counseling to target what specific things that are holding you back from opening that door into a whole new world of perspective and insight on properly balanced diet and nutritional needs. Also, we will work on your Basal Metabolic Rate (the basic number of calories you burn as your body performs basic life sustaining functions) and your macronutrient intake with proteins, carbohydrates and fats. Finally, encourage you to get a blood panel in order to see if your body doesn’t absorb certain foods and if certain foods are hurting you more than helping you!
